What access do you need?
I’ll tell you exactly what I need before we start and ask for the least access that will do the job. Passwords, API keys, and customer data stay out of the AI tools I use.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI tools to help me move through code and documentation faster. I decide what changes, review the work, and stay accountable for the result. Before any work begins, I’ll explain how those tools are used and what they can access.
When does the three-day clock start?
When I have the access and information listed in your agreement.
What happens after the report?
We walk through it together. You can use the report with your own team, or I can scope the work as a fixed-price project. If you book within 60 days, your Health Check fee comes off the total.
What if you find signs of a compromise?
I’ll tell you what I saw and what it does and doesn’t prove, then recommend the next step. A confirmed incident may need a separate investigation.
Do I have to sign a retainer?
No.
